Citi Trends is looking for a dedicated LP/ Finance Analyst to join our team at one of the largest chains in the value-priced urban apparel industry. We’re growing, so if you’ve ever wanted a chance to lead the way, this is it.
***This is a Temporary/Contract Position***
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for data analysis and identifying data anomalies to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the database.
• Generate monthly and quarterly statistical reports related to Loss Prevention and Safety/Risk Management activities.
• Analyzes, defines and documents system requirements for data, workflow, process mapping, hardware and operating system environments, and technical interfaces between systems.
• Participate in the continued development and enhancement of the company’s exception reports and reporting systems.
• Develop and analyze data to supply continuous monitoring of key indicators of loss and fraud.
• Creates maps and ensures the integrity of data transfer interfaces to downstream systems.
• Suggest recommendations and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and productivity.
• Maintains business functional and technical specifications for LP systems and vendor-supplied applications, interfaces and technical solutions.
• Configures and tests system updates and enhancements.
• Creates and maintains security profiles for user access.
• Provides technical and training support to end users.
• Monitors and maintains systems to ensure functionality is preserved.
• Responsible for data analysis and identifying data anomalies to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the database.
REQUIRMENTS:
• 3-5 years Financial Analysis or Auditing experience desired.
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft excel and Microsoft access experience.
• Must have excellent oral and written communications skills.
