Citi Trends is looking for a dedicated Distribution Center-HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at one of the largest chains in the value-priced urban apparel industry. We’re growing, so if you’ve ever wanted a chance to lead the way, this is it.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Perform tasks in Word and Excel
•Provide general clerical/administrative support
•Responsible for seasonal associates new hire process
•Assist with new hire orientation
•Assist with payroll processing and preparation to include submitting all necessary paperwork/documents to corporate payroll
•Assist with special projects to include researching information
•Prepare daily status and other management reports as required
•Responsible for tracking and maintaining all logs/reports
•Handle and respond to standard information requests

REQUIREMENTS:

•High school diploma, GED, Minimum of 2 years administrative or secretarial experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Computer experience in Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
•Must have strong communication (written and verbal), computer and organizational •skills, ability to multi-task in a fast paced and challenging work environment.
•Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
